注射用阿魏酸钠治疗冠心病充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

The efficacy of sodium ferulate for injection in the treatment of congestive heart failure due to coronay heart disease

目的 :观察注射用阿魏酸钠 (曾用名注射用心血康 )治疗冠心病充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效。方法 :60例冠心病CHF病人随机分为阿魏酸钠治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组给予阿魏酸钠 2 0 0mg加入 5 %GS1 0 0～ 5 0 0ml静滴 ,每日一次 ,1 0d为一疗程 ,共 3个疗程。对照组给予复方丹参 2 0ml静滴 ,每日一次 ,1 0d为一疗程 ,共 3个疗程。结果 :总有效率治疗组 96.7% ,对照组为 70 % (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :注射用阿魏酸钠治疗冠心病CHF疗效确切 。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of sodium ferulate for injection in the treatment of congestive heart failure due to coronary heart disease.Method:Sixty patients with CHF due to CHD were randomized in to two groups.The treatment group was administered 200mg of sodium ferulate for injection,which was dissolved in 100～500ml of 5% glucose for iv drip use once a day.10 days were one course.It amouted to 3 courses.The control group was administered 20ml of compound Danshen for iv drip use once a day.10 days were one course.It amounted to 3 courses.Result:The response rates were 96.7% vs 70% (p<0.01).Conclusion:Sodium ferulate for injection is effective and well tolerated in patients with CHF due to CHD.
