强的松在下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的临床应用

The clinical application of methylprednisolone in mandibular wisdom tooth extraction

目的 :观察强的松在下颌阻生智齿拔除术的价值和可行性。方法 :选用实验组 4 8例患者 ,给拔除术后口服强的松片 ,对照组 4 7例不服用强的松片作比较。术后d1复诊 ,作对照检查。结果 :实验组在张口受限程度上明显较对照组减轻。二者之间有显著性差别 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :强的松应用在下颌阻生齿拔除术后 。

Objective: To observe the effect of methylprednisolone on mandibular wisdom tooth extraction. Method: 48 cases as experiment group didn't take the tablet. We examined comparetively after one day of the operation. Result: The limitation of open mouth in experiment group is better than the control group. There's significant difference between the two group (P<0.05). Conclusion: methyprednisoline relief the limitation of open mouth obviously in mandibular uisdom tooth extraction.
