According to the development of thought and guiding principle, the educational function of children library enriches and changes continuously during various periods. The ideal of a “Learning-oriented society”exerted a deep influence on the educational function of children library of our time. In order to develop their functions in the fields of moral education, knowledge spreading, intelligence developing, ability training and aesthetic education, children libraries should function their system to support study perfectly.
