2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者血清TXB_2与6-keto-PGF_(1α)的变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :研究 2型糖尿病患者发生脑梗死时血清TXB2 与 6 keto PGF1α的变化特点。 方法 :测定本组病人血清TXB2 和 6 keto PGF1α水平 ,并检测其空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、纤维蛋白原、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白的水平。结果 :2型糖尿病合并急性脑梗死组的血清TXB2 水平与单纯 2型糖尿病组、非糖尿病急性脑梗死组间的差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而血清 6 keto PGF1α水平的差异无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 ) ;TXB2 水平在单纯 2型糖尿病组与非糖尿病急性脑梗死组间的差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但血清 6 keto PGF1α水平差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。本组所有病人血清TXB2 水平与血清GHbA1C、TG、LDL水平均呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与血清HDL水平呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清 6 keto PGF1α水平与血清 2 hPG、LDL水平均呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。在单纯 2型糖尿病病人中 ,血清TXB2 水平与血清GHbA1C、TC、LDL水平呈正相关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,血清 6 keto PGF1α水平与 2 hPG、LDL水平呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :TXA2 PGI2 平衡失调在脑梗死的发生中 ,尤其是 2型糖尿病发生脑梗死中起着重要的作用。同时 ,TXA2 PGI2 平衡失调是 2型糖尿病的糖和脂代谢紊乱的? Objective: To study the changes of serum TXB\-2 and 6-keto-PGF 1α in type-2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: Detect 92 cases of serum TXB\-2 and 6-keto-PGF 1α, fasting plasma glucose, postprandial plasma glucose, glycosylated haemoglobin, triglycerides, cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein in 27 patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with acute cerebral infarction and 55 patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus and 20 patients acute cerebral infarction. Results: Levels of serum TXB\-2in type-2 diabetes mellitus accompanied with acute cerebral infarction were significant difference between simple type-2 diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction (P<0.05), but there was no significant statistical correlation in the levels of serum 6-keto-PGF 1α(P>0.05); There was no significant statistical correlation in the levels of serum TXB\-2 between simple type-2 diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction (P>0.05), but Levels of serum 6-keto-PGF 1α were significant difference (P<0.05). Levels of serum TXB\-2in all patients were positively correlated with glycosylated haemoglobin, triglycerides and low density lipoprotein (P<0.05), but negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein (P<0.05); Levels of serum 6-keto-PGF 1α were negatively correlated with postprandial plasma glucose and low density lipoprotein(P<0.05). Levels of serum TXB\-2 in patients with simple type-2 diabetes mellitus were positively correlated with glycosylated haemoglobin, cholesterol and low density lipoprotein (P<0.05), but Levels of serum 6-keto-PGF 1α were positively correlated with postprandial plasma glucoseand low density lipoprotein (P< 0.05). Conclusion: Decompensation of TXA\-2-PGI play an important role in type-2 diabetes mellitus occurrence and it is a feature of glucose and lipid metabolism abnormalities in type-2 diabetes mellitus occurrence and may be one of the important causes of type-2 diabetes mellitus.
