摘要
笔者运用针刺人迎穴同时配合辅助穴位:天柱、四白、太阳、颊车、风池、完骨等,每日一次,6d 为一个疗程,治疗54例面瘫后遗症,结果表明:26例治愈,28例显效,无1例无效,治愈率为48.1%,疗程为3～6个。针刺人迎穴会影响颈动脉窦部位的各种感受器,在合适条件下,有利于改善脑血循环和脑组织的新陈代谢,从而有利于面神经炎症的消散和恢复。
The writer applied acupuncture“renying”point,accompaning with other points,such as tianzhu,sibai,taiyang,jiache,fengci,wangu,etc.one time pre day,six days was one course,to treat 54 cases,the results shown that 24 cases recovered,24 got better,1case was ineffective,the cure rate was 48.1percent,the courses were from 3 to 6,Acupunctu-ring“renying”point can influence the receptors on the carotid sinus,improve the blood cir-culation of brain and cerebral metabolism,it was helpful for the resolution and recovery of facial paralysis.
