摘要 目的 :探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)血清部分电解质的变化 ,为临床诊治提供指导。 方法 :对确诊为HIE的 84例患儿血清做生化和电解质检查 ,并对所测值行统计分析。 结果 :本组HIE患儿低钠血症的发生率为 35 .71% ,低氯血症的发生率为 2 3.8% ,低钙血症发生率为 38.1%。 结论 :低氯血症发生率较钠低 ,但中、重度低钠血症患儿往往同时伴有低氯血症。血钠、血氯、血钙随HIE程度的加重而逐渐降低。HIE早期治疗中 ,除积极治疗原发病外 。 Objective: To study the changes of parts of serum electrolyte in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE), and offer guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: The serum electrolyte and enzyme levels were detected in 84 newborn infents with HIE. Results: Hyponatremia, hypochloremia and hypocalcemia were present in 30 neonates (35.71%), 20(23.8%), and 32(38.1%), respectively. Conclusions: The percentage of hypochloremia was appreciably less than hyponatremia, but the newborn with moderate and severe hyponatremia at the same time accompanied hypochloremia. The reduced degree of sodium, chlorine and calcium correlated with the severity of HIE positively. In the early therapy of HIE, besides active treatment of the primary affection, fluid restriction and supplement of electrolyte should also be paid attention to.
