数字电影技术在选择性冠状动脉造影中的应用及图像质量分析

Application of digital cine mode(DCM)in selective coronary angiography(SCA) and analyses of the imaging quality

目的 :探讨数字电影技术在选择性冠状动脉造影中的应用价值和影响图像质量的主要因素。 方法 :对 5 0例临床疑诊为冠心病患者采用数字电影技术行选择性冠状动脉造影 ,将影像质量分为优、良、差 3个等级进行评价 ,分析影响图像质量的主要因素。 结果 :5 0例冠脉造影中 ,优 36例 (72 % ) ,良 13例 (2 6 % ) ,差 1例 (2 % )。结论 :数字电影选择性冠脉造影成像质量优良 ,较传统造影方式更具优势和实用价值。

Objective: To investigate the usage value of DCM in SCA and the main factors of affecting imaging quality. Methods: To value the imaging quality according to three classes: super、better、bad and to analysis the main factors of affecting imaging quality. Using DCM in SCA on 50 cases of clinical suspectable coronary heart disease (CHD). Results: In 50 cases of coronary angiography: super in 36 cases (72%), better in 13 cases (26%), bad in 1 case (2%). Conclusion: DCMSCA in collecting storing transfering and dealing with image by digital method makes it's quality better and has dominance and factual usage value comparing with traditional angiography method.
