彩色Doppler超声在诊断宫腔内胚胎组织物残留中的应用价值

The Application Value for Ultrasound with Color Doppler Imaging Diagnosing Intrauterine Embryo Reminder

目的 探讨彩色Doppler超声在诊断宫腔内胚胎组织物残留的价值。方法 对 3 8例人工流产及药物流产 15天仍有不规则阴道流血患者行彩色Doppler超声检查。结果 3 5例病理证实有胚胎组织物残留者 ,3 3例在宫腔内不均高回声近子宫肌壁处可探及丰富血流信号 ,并探测到类滋养层血流频谱。结论 彩色Doppler超声能较准确的诊断宫腔内胚胎组织物残留 ,可为临床提供可靠诊断依据。

Objective Investigate the application value for ultrasound with color Doppler imaging diagnosing intrauterine embryo reminder.Methods Ultrasound with color Doppler imaging check for thirty-eight cases who still had irregular bleeding in vagina after applying drug or induced abortion for 15 days.Results thirty-five cases pathologically approved to have reminders of embryo tissue in uterus;thirty-three cases have monitored with retention of intrauterine deciduas and abundant intrauterine bleeding flow signals and trophoblastic blood flow was monitored.Conclusions Ultrasound with color Doppler imaging can diagnose exactly intrauterine embryo tissue reminder,and supply true diagnosing bases for clinical treatment.
