α-1胸腺肽与α-2b干扰素联合治疗慢性乙肝患儿的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of interferon alpha-2b and α-1 thymus peptide on children with chronic hepatitis B

目的 评估α -1胸腺肽与α -2b干扰素联合应用在慢性乙肝患儿中的疗效。方法 实验分两组 :INF组 :给 3 0名乙肝患儿皮下注射α -2b干扰素 3 0 0万单位 次 ,每周 3次 ,共 12个月 ;INF +Tα1 组 :给 3 0名患儿Tα1 1.6mg 次 ,皮下注射 6个月 +INF治疗 12个月。结果 治疗结束时 ,INF组和联合治疗组的HBeAg的转阴率分别为3 3 .0 %和 60 .0 % (p <0 .0 5 ) ;HBVDNA的转阴率分别为 40 .0 %和 67.0 % ;(p <0 .0 5 ) ;ALT的复常率为 67.0 %和 73 .0 % ;TSB的复常率分别为 70 .0 %和 77.0 % (p >0 .0 5 )。结论 α -1胸腺肽与α -2b干扰素联合治疗可以提高慢性乙肝患儿HBeAg、HBVDNA的转阴率。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of α-2b interferon combined with α-1 thymus peptide on children with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 60 children with CHB were randomly divided into two groups .Group INF was only given α-2b INF (30 million international units /d) three times a week for twelve months.Group INF+ Tα 1 was given α-2b INF for twelve months and thymus peptide (1.6mg/d,ih)for six months.Results At the end of treatment,the ALT and TSB normalization rate were 67.0%,70.0% in group INF,respectively.73.0%,77.0% in group INF+Tα 1.The difference were not significant(p>0.05).There were significant difference in the HBV DNA seroconversion rate and HBeAg negative rate between two groups (p<0.05).Conclusions INF+ Tα 1 therapy for chronic hepatitis B is more effective than INF monotherapy in inhibiting viral replication.
