健儿消食口服液的质量标准研究

Study on the Quality Specification of Jianer Xiaoshi Oral Liquid

采用薄层色谱法和薄层扫描法。建立健儿消食口服液中柴胡、陈皮、黄芩和麦冬的薄层色谱鉴别方法 ,并采用薄层扫描法测定该制剂中主药黄芪的有效成分黄芪甲苷的含量 ,黄芪甲苷的线性范围为1 0 2～ 5 10 μg (r=0 9980 ) ,平均加样回收率为 98 7% ,RSD =3 0 % (n =5 )。鉴别与含量测定方法简便、准确 。

A TLC method for the identification of radix bupleuri, pericarpium citri reticulatae and radix phiopogonis, and a TLCS method for the determination of astragaloside in Jianer Xiaoshi Oral Liquid were established. The linear range was 1 02～5 10μg(γ=0 9980). The average recovery rate was 98 7%, RSD=3 0%(n=5). The identification and determination methods were simple and accurate, could be used in the quality control of Jianer Xiaoshi Oral Liquid.
