摘要
作者首先指出,胡翘武主任中医师在治疗胃脘痛时,经常选用对药,巧妙配合,或起协同作用,或起其相互纠正其偏性,或取其相反相成之意,应手取效者甚多。胡老常用的十对药物是:1.温散止痛类:高良姜、香附,适用于感寒饮冷而致本病者;2.化淤止痛类:①丹参、降香;②蒲黄、五灵脂;③川楝子、玄胡索,适用于胃痛日久,血淤络阻者,随病机之寒热深浅不同,而采用不同的对药。3.补虚止痛类:①白芍、甘草;②百合、乌药。适用于胃痛日久,中虚之机大多为胃阴不足,燥土失濡而致,故当以酸甘缓急为主,适当配伍小量理气而不伤阴之品。4.寒热夹杂类;①焦山栀、淡附片;②黄连、干姜;③黄连、吴茱萸;④乌贼骨,大贝母。适用于寒热夹杂症者。疗此之痛,又当寒热并投方能有济。否则定有顾此失彼之弊。
The author put forward at first that prof.Hu qiaowu often selected chinese herbs pair,ingeniously combined to treat stomach-pain,Somtimes coordinating each other,sometimescorrecting herb's diviation,or opposite and complementcery each other,the curative effectswere very good.prof.Hu often uses these ten kinds of herb-pair:warming and dispellingcold pathogens and stopping pain;Galangal RhiZome—Nutgrass Flatsedge Rhizome,used totreat stomach-pain caused by infecting cold pathogenic factor and drinking cold-drink.Removingblood-stasis and stopping pain.red Sage root—Dalbergia wood;cat-tail pollen—trogopterus dang,Sichuan chinaberry—corydalisluber;used to treat the prolonged stomach-pain,stasis of bloodobstructing channels.Tonifying deficiency and stopping pain,white peony—liquorice;lily bulb-lindera root,used to treat prolonged stomach-pain,impairment of stomach-yin,failindg to nurishspleen,mainly relieving spasm by using sour and sweet drugs and combining a small dosagemedicine of regulating-qi not infuring yin.Simultaneous occurence of cold and heat syndromes,tosted pittosporm root—prepared aconite root,coptis root—dried ginger,coptis root—rutaevin,cuttle-bone—fritillary bulb;used to treat the simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes.
