摘要
笔者以《金匮要略》薯蓣丸为基础,随证加味,治疗慢性肾炎,顽固性荨麻疹,肺结核等多种慢性衰弱疾病,临床观察62例,总有效率达90%。文中分析薯蓣丸方义及药物作用,认为该方以补脾胃的山药为君,并含有桂枝汤,炙甘草汤,八珍汤。功用应为:培土健运,调和营卫,补气益血,滋阴和阳,缓中填精。具有提高整个机体抗病免疫能力的作用。对慢性虚弱病证卫气不固,易感风邪者尤为适宜。
The auther modefided based on“shuyuwan”to treat chronic nephritis,pulmonary tubercubosis,pulmonary tubercubosis,and many kinds of chronic deficiency diseases,62 patients wereobserved,the general effective rate was 90%.the article analyzed the composition ot“shayuwan”and medical functions,chinese yam medicine,tonifying spleen and stomach,the prescriptioncontain“guizhitang”,“zhigancaotang”and“bazhengtang”.Its effects should be:stregtheningspleen and helping to regulating yin and wei,tonifying qi and blood,nurishing yin and harmonizingyang,moderating middle-heater and tonifying essence,the prescription colnd inhance the bodysimmunological function.It suited for those patients who was defieienty of wei-qi and easy infec-ted.
