摘要
由于连杆机构本身固有的结构原因及有限的制造精度、不可缺少的运动副间隙及不可避免的构件弹性变形,其输出运动总是存在着误差的。系统查阅了近年来人们关于这种误差的随机特征分析及其综合方法的研究工作,对这些研究工作进行了归纳分类,讨论了各种研究方法的优缺点,给出了作者本人近期的一些研究成果。最后提出了连杆机构误差分析与综合亟待解决的研究课题和发展趋势,并提供了大量有关的参考文献,目的是为人们进一步开展该领域研究提供一些借鉴。
A deep and systemic probe is made into the present status and development trend of the research on error analysis and synthesis of linkage. Not only are different methods summarized and classified systematically but the advantages and disadvantages of them are compared and discussed as well. Especially, the latest achievement that the writer has made is presented. In the paper, both the existed problems in current study and the study direction of the research in the future are proposed, in order to provide some references for people to carry out further research work.
