The Development of Exercise and Serum Lipids

摘要 血脂代谢异常是多种疾病发生的重要危险因素。运动可以改善血脂状况 ,为此 ,就运动对血脂总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白以及极低密度胆蛋白的影响作一综述 。 The metabolic abnormity of serum lipids is a very dangerous factor of several diseases. Exercise can improve the metabolism of serum lipids. Therefore, the effects of exercise on total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-c) are summarized so as to provide reference to the study of exercises on serum lipids.
