在阐明大学竞技体育竞赛重要性的基础上 ,得知我国大学竞技体育竞赛次数少、类型少的基本情况 ,同时又与美国大学竞技体育竞赛情况做了对比。建议要提高对大学竞技体育竞赛的重要性认识 ,深化观念 ;要充分借鉴和吸收国外成功经验 ,搞活大学竞技体育竞赛 ;要积极推广“CUBA”篮球与“飞利浦杯”

It is important to know the significance of developing college sports competitions. In China, the total number and kind of college sports competitions are very little. Compared with the American college sports competitions, this paper points out that we should stress the reform on college sports competitions, learn successful foreign experience and popularize the way of CUBA and Philip football competitions.
