试析体育教学中“以人为本”与“育人为本”之融合

Integration of People-orientation and Cultivation-orientation in Physical Education

在当前的教育理念中 ,“育人为本”和“以人为本”的教育价值观是很有争议的两种 ,但往往被理解为不相融的或是两种极端。从两种不同教育观的价值取向出发 ,在深刻理解其涵义的基础上 ,从社会发展需要和人的发展需要的角度进行分析讨论 ,从二者融合的视角对体育教学改革的大方向提出自己的见解 ,并分析讨论其给体育教学目标、内容、方法、评价和师资等方面带来的影响 。

In the present educational thoughts, people-orientation and cultivation-orientation are controversial issues and generally regarded impossible to integrate or as 2 extremes. The paper analyzes the possibility of integrating two of them from the aspects of social demands and personal demands for development based on a profound understanding of their connotation, discusses the influences on teaching aims, contents, methods, appraisal and teaching staff of physical education, thus offering reference to reforms on physical education.
