With the development of sports till today, the value in keeping fit is not dominant. In each sports event such as the Olympic Games, the flag-rising and the playing of the national anthem is an honor which each country strives for. With the social functions and effects on society, the value and the outlook of interest sports demonstrate have far exceeded the physical function sports possess, thus attracting people's attention and favor.
