摘要
心理素质已成为教育学和心理学研究的重点,尤其对体育教师心理素质的研究关系到新世纪体育教育事业改革成功与否的重要性。通过理论分析,建立了优秀体育教师心理素质六因素理论模型和测评工具,在实践应用中,分析了不同群体优秀体育教师心理素质呈现的特征,具有重要的理论与实践价值,尤其对当前素质教育的开展及体育师资的培训具有重要指导意义。
Mental quality has become the hot topic in Chinese education and psychological research fields; moreover, the mental quality of PE teachers has an important effect on the Chinese reform of physical education. Base on the research findings in the fields of education and psychology, the paper develops a six-factor theoretical model of mental quality and evaluation tool for teachers and analyzes the characters of mental quality of different teachers, which has theoretical and practical value in reforming quality-oriented education and cultivation of teachers.
