摘要
结合下肢肌肉附着点三维坐标的研究提供的有关资料、数据,对髌骨移动轨迹进行专门的实验性研究。髌骨上、下缘点随膝角变化的运动轨迹类似于抛物线形状;髌骨对增大股四头肌对膝关节力臂有重要的影响;在解剖基准位,髌骨使力臂长度增加了约2.5倍;90°~0°的伸膝范围是髌骨起增大力臂作用的主要范围。
The specialized experiments of patella trajectory are conducted by combining data provided by the research for the three-dimensional coordination of the origins and terminations of lower limb muscles. With the changes of the knee angles, the moving track of upper and lower edge point of the knee cap is similarly a parabola; the knee cap has an important influence on the increase of the arm of quadriceps femoris to the knee joint; at the standard anatomic level, the knee cap makes the length of the force arm increase by 2.5 times; the main range that the knee cap increases the arm of force is 90°-0° when the knee joint is extended.
