数字化案例教学在儿科学教学中的研究与实践 被引量:8

摘要 运用现代教育技术手段,整合以往的电视教材、多媒体课件及网络课件,研制成儿科学案例库,通过在98级留学生,98级本科生《儿科学》理论课教学中进行案例教学;在理论见习课中,采用典型案例,进行模拟临床实际工作的案例讨论式教学的实践,显示出数字化案例教学解决了学生难以及时获取典型病例的问题,提高了学生的学习兴趣和课堂吸收率,发展了传统案例教学,拓展了学习的范围,培养了学生的临床思维能力,体现个性化教学特点。案例教学集中体现了教师的教学经验,调动了学生主动学习的积极性,为儿科临床教学改革提供了新的思路和模式。 We developed a digital case database for pediatrics by integrating video teaching materials, multimedia courseware and network courseware used in the past with the help of modern educational technology. Case teaching was conducted in theoretical course teaching of pediatrics for international students and undergraduates of Class 98. Case discussion-oriented teaching in simulated clinical practice has proved that this teaching method can solve students' difficulty in obtaining typical cases timely, improve their interest in learning and in class absorption rate. Meanwhile, it has developed traditional case teaching, expanded scope of learning, and cultivated students' clinical thinking ability, which embodies the features of individualized teaching. Case teaching reflects teachers' teaching experience and promotes students' initiative to learn, thus providing new conceptions and modes for reforms in pediatric clinical teaching.
