摘要
说明了铅基压电陶瓷与环境保护的不协调性以及锆钛酸铅 (Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 )系列材料的不足。系统地总结了目前已有的和研究中的非铅基压电陶瓷体系 ,介绍了各体系展开的研究工作 ,归纳了成功的经验。详细论述了钛酸铋钠 ((Na0 .5Bi0 .5)TiO3 )为基的系列无铅压电陶瓷材料体系和铋层结构材料 ,并针对这两个体系阐述了在各自的研究中有待进一步解决的问题。
The application of lead-free piezoelectric cera mi cs has recently become very important in environmental protection of the earth. Some lead-free piezoelectric materials——piezoelectric single crystal, BaTiO 3-based materials, NaNbO 3-based materials, (Na 1/2Bi 1/2)T iO 3-based ceramics and Bi-layer structures, are reviewed. In particular, the emphases is put on (Na 1/2Bi 1/2)TiO 3-based ceramics and B i-layer structures. The experience is summed up, and some unsolved questions ar e put forward.
