摘要
目前许多文献对线性尺寸定位误差的计算方法进行了研究 ,并对典型夹具定位方案建立了相应的计算分析模型。但对定位误差通用计算模型的研究涉及甚少 ,而对角向尺寸定位误差通用建模的研究则更少。本文建立了计算角向尺寸定位误差的通用数学模型 ,并提出了面向角向尺寸的夹具定位方案稳健优化设计方法。文中给出的应用实例详细说明了定位方案的优化设计过程 ,同时比较了稳健优化设计与常规经验设计方法的设计结果。结论表明 :采用稳健设计方法可以有效而稳定地保证工件的加工精度。
Many researchers have studied computational meth od s of locating errors about linear dimensions, and modeled locating errors of typ ical locating schemes. However, little has been done on the generalized mathemat ical modeling of locating errors, especially for angular dimensions. In this pap er, the generalized mathematical modeling is formulated for locating errors of a ngular dimensions. A robust optimization method is proposed for the design of fi xture locating scheme with respect to angular dimensions. A detailed discussion is made about the design procedure by means of illustrative examples. Meanwhile, a comparative study is carried out between the optimal design results and those obtained with empirical methods. It turns out that stable machining precisions of workpieces can be effectively ensured by the robust design method.
