摘要
DENEB QUEST是一个三维数字化工厂建模与分析的环境 ,使用它可以快速地对一个生产线进行建模。在此基础上 ,本文对一个基于DENEB QUEST的虚拟质量控制系统进行了总体设计 ,并对其具体实现进行了详细的介绍。生产前此系统可以对生产中可能遇到的质量问题进行模拟 ,以减少实际生产中的质量问题。在实际生产中 ,它又可与生产过程中采集到的数据相结合 ,从而转换成一个实际的质量控制系统。
QUEST is a complete 3D digital factory environme nt for process flow simulation and analysis. QUEST allows you to build a simulatio n model with high efficiency to the level of required detail, add more detail as necessary to improve accuracy throughout the design process. Firstly, this pape r analyzed the principle, framework and the technical implementation of modeling a QUEST-based manufacturing system. Then, it introduced the concepts, methods and the structure of the QUEST-based virtual quality control system. Finally, a n actual QUEST-based virtual quality control system was established.
