摘要
用荧光法研究了水溶性对-二甲氨甲基-杯[8]芳烃与1-萘酚-4-磺酸钠(简称SNS)包结反应,研究表明这种包结物属于一种外式包结,而不同于β-环糊精内式包结物,静电作用是两者包结作用的主要驱动力。同时测定了包结物的形成常数,通过对实验数据图解,发现它们之间形成了1:1的包结物,其包结常数为1.6×104L·mol-1。并研究了溶液pH值、常见的一元醇和表面活性剂对该包结物形成及荧光性质的影响,初步探讨了它们的作用机理。
The inclusion interaction of water-soluble p-(N,N'-dimethylaminomethyl)-calix[8]arene with sodium 1-naphthol-4-sulfonate(SNS) was studied by fluorimetric method. The results showed that the exo-inclusion complex of the p-(N,N'-dimethylaminomethyl)calix[8]arenewith SNS was formed, which was different from the edo-inclusion complex of β-cyclodextrin with SNS. p-(N,N'-dimethylaminomethyl)calix[8]arene with SNS can form 1:1 type exo-inclusion complex, and their formation constant K was 1.6×10~4 Lmol^(-1).The influence factors such as, the pH of solutions, several solvents and surfactants on the emission and excitation spectra of the inclusion complex were also investigated. The results indicate that the static interaction between the sulphonyl group anion of SNS and cation of the calix[8]arene was one of main factors in the formation of the exo-inclusion complex of p-(N,N'-dimethylaminomethyl)calix[8]arene with SNS.In addition, other interaction, such as hydrophobic interaction, π-π interaction and so on can also be responsible for the formation of the exo-complex partially.
