摘要
利用草酸沉淀法制备Y2O3:Eu3+粉体,研究表面活性剂PEG对Y2O3:Eu3+氧化物的形貌、分散性、粒径分布及粒度的影响;对加与不加表面活性剂制得的Y2O3:Eu3+粉体作了对比评价。结果表明:在反应体系中添加1%-2%分子量为40000的PEG,所得Y2O3:Eu3+粉体的粒度更细、分布更窄,可更好地满足荧光粉生产的需要。
Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+) powder were synthesized by oxalic acid precipitation method,and the effects of surfactant on the particle size and particle size distribution were investigation.The result shows that the Y_2O_3:Eu^(3+) powder obtained by adding 1-2% PEG with 40 000 molecular weight during precipitation process has finer particle and narrower particle distribution than that obtained without surfactant,which meets with the demand of application as lamp phosphor.
