摘要 分析了钢结构桥梁防腐控制的必要性和紧迫性,阐述了我国钢结构桥梁中钢箱梁、钢缆等适用的涂装体系。研究表明,研制和使用“合适防护”的涂层是最现实、有效和最经济的腐蚀控制措施,而富锌底漆是保护钢结构最普遍最重要的底漆,外加中间漆和面漆的 3 层涂装体系是目前较为理想的方案,除涂装材料外涂装工艺具有十分重要的作用。 The necessity and urgency of corrosion-controlling to the steel structure was analyzed, and the suitable daubing system for the steel beam and steel cable in steel structure bridge was explained. The study results showed that it is realistic, effective and economic method to develop and use the coating with “proper protection”. Whereas the rich zinc undercoating, which is the prevalent and important one in protecting steel structure, accompanied with the middlecoat and topcoat, to constitute the ideal daubing system. Besides the daubing technique is very important.
