摘要
热力学分析表明,用化学液相沉积法在纳米TiO2表面包覆氧化铝的过程中,存在核包覆和膜包覆的竞争;而在其它条件不变的情况下,包覆物的过饱和度对包覆形态起到了决定性的影响。在较低的过饱和度下,可形成膜包覆;如果过饱和度过高,则形成核包覆。在不同条件下对纳米TiO2进行表面包覆的TEM图也证明了这点。
Nano-TiO2 surface was modified by chemical liquid deposition of alumina in different technical condition. Through the thermodynamic analysis of coating process, it was proved that Al2O3 nucleus coating TiO2 competes with Al3O3 film coating TiO2. If other conditions are unaltered, the super-saturation of Al compound was determinant of ultimate coating result. If the super-saturation is lower, Al2O3 film can be acquired; If the super-saturation was higher, dissociative Al2O3 particles can be gotten.
