摘要
利用数值模拟技术对 2 311和 2 738两种模具钢热处理质量效应进行了定量评估和现场试验验证。在此基础上对不同规格模坯材料及其回火工艺参数选择提出了具体建议 。
The mass effects of die steel 2311 and 2738 upon their heat treatment were rated by numerical simulation technology and verified by practical experiments.As a result of above simulation,some solutions to the selection of suitable materials and designation of tempering process parameters for die blocks with different sizes were put forward,which have been successfully adopted in practice.
