摘要 本实验利用大鼠坐骨神经钳夹损伤模型 ,观察了氦氖 (He -Ne)激光照射 (A组 )、直流电针刺激器 (B组 )、对照组为 (C组 )对神经损伤后自残及神经再生的影响。结果 :( 1)术后 2 0d ,A组的右后足趾自残率为 13 % ,而B、C组分别为 46%、80 % ,A组的自残率显著低于其它各组(P <0 .0 0 1) ;( 2 )右侧屈肌反向阈 :当激光照射时光斑直径 0 .6cm ,功率密度为 3 5 .3 9mW/cm2 时 ,可引出短潜伏期 ( 4 5 -15 0ms)及长潜伏期 ( 12 5 5 2 5ms)传入纤维反应 ;( 3 )术后 2 0d脊神经节的标记细胞百分率分别为 11.1% (A组 )、5 .2 % (B组 )及 1.1% (C组 ) ;脊髓前角的标记细胞百分率分别为 16.6% (A组 )、8.1% (B组 )及 1.9% (C组 )。上述结果表明 :氦氖 (He -Ne) This experiment uses the rat's sciatic nerve model and observes the irradiation of He-Ne laser (group A),electroacupuncture stimulation (group B) and contrait group C,the results show : <1> days after operation ,the percentage of autotomy in group A is 13%, and that of group B and group C are 46% and 80%. The percentage of group A is obviously lower than other groups (p<0.001).<2>hen light beam diameter is 0.6cm ,power density is 35.39mW/cm 2, we can get short concealing period (45-150ms ) and long concealing period (125-525ms) conduct light fiber reaction .<3>0days after operation , the percentage of the cell of organism is 16.6% (group A),8.1%(group B) and 1.9% (group C).The results show that the irradiation of He-Ne laser has more physiology ability in controling autotomy and nerve after injuries .
