摘要
目的 :观察激光对类风湿关节炎动物模型的治疗作用。方法 :采用Wistar大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型 ,治疗组应用激光治疗 ,波长 810nm ,输出功率 80 0mW点击穴位 ,对照组应用药物治疗。结果 :激光能有效减轻关节炎大鼠组织肿胀及疼痛 ,减轻滑膜细胞及血管翳的增生。结论
Objective:To investigate using laser therapy treating the animal model of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:The experiments apply adjuvant arthritis rat as pathological model .One group treated by laser ,wave length 810nm ,impulsive output, 800mW concentrating on committed points ,0.2-0.6minutes .The other group treated by drugs as control. Results:Animal experiments show that laser can depress the original and succulent arthritis of AA rat ,abate the hyperplasia of synovial membrane and of vassal nebula, superior to the other groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:CaAlAs laser is an effective method for animal model of rheumatoid arthritis.
