初发翼状胬肉的手术治疗

Surgical treatment for in cipient pterygium.

目的 观察初发翼状胬肉的一种手术方法的效果。方法 初发翼状胬肉 ,在手术显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除加结膜转位术。结果 3 2例 ( 3 8眼 )翼状胬肉术后随访 5～ 2 4月 ,均未见复发。结论 对翼状胬肉在初发期行翼状胬肉切除加结膜转位手术治疗 ,方法简单 。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of an opcration to incipient pterygium.Methods The patients with incipient pterygium were treated with microscopic pterygium resection and conjunctival flap reconstrucion.Results The postoperative follow_up periods ranged from 5 to 24 months.No case of recurrence was observed in 32 cases of pterygium with 38 eyes.Conclusion Pterygium resection and conjunctival flap reconstruction is simple and effictive to incipient pterygium.
