复方醋酸氯己定洗液杀灭致病菌的实验研究

Experimental study on the bactericidal action of Compound chlorhexidine acetate lotion

目的 研究复方醋酸氯己定洗液对致病菌的杀灭效果及该洗液对人体的刺激性。方法 使用标准菌株观察该洗液对致病菌的杀灭效果 ;通过对家兔眼睛、阴道黏膜及其皮肤刺激实验观察该洗液对人体的安全性。结果 该洗液对致病菌有很高的杀灭率 ,对家兔眼睛、阴道黏膜及皮肤无刺激。结论 复方醋酸氯己定洗液杀灭细菌迅速且无刺激性 。

OBJECTIVE To study bactericidal action of Compound chlorhexidine acetate lotion on pathogene and its irritation to human body.METHODS Standard bacteria strain was applied for observing the bactericidal effect on pathogene.Multiple irritative experiments on eyes and skin in domestic rabbits were carried out to observe the safety to human body.RESULTS The efficiency of bactericidal activity was higher.There was no irritation effect on eyes and skin in rabbits.CONCLUSION The bactericidal action is rapid without any irritation.
