MUG快速检验大肠杆菌中异常情况的分析

Study on unusual situation of E·coli by MUG quick-test

目的 提高样品中大肠杆菌的检出率。方法 采用MUG -Indol试验与IMViC试验方法。结果 当MUG -Indol试验为阴性时 ,大肠杆菌检测可能会出现漏检情况。结论 当MUG -Indol试验为阴性时 ,若EMB平板有可疑菌落生长 。

OBJECTIVE To increase the E·coli determinative probability.METHODS MUG-Indol test and IMViC test were used.RESULTS When MUG-Indol test was negative,it was possible that E·coli could be missed.CONCLUSION When MUG-Indol test is negative and bacteria have grown on EMB medium,it is necessary to continue performing IMViC test to determine E·coli.
