通过分析激光或非激光辐射的波长、曝光时间和曝光剂量等参数的物理意义,唯象地诠释了光子嫩肤术的作用机制,指出光子嫩肤是基于光辐射与皮肤组织间产生的光热解效应。
The photorejuvenation technology provides a new, nonablative method for damaging the lesion tissue with epidermis and normal tissue both undamaged. The mechanism of photorejuvenation is selective photothermolysis after analyzing the physical implication of wavelength, exposure duration and exposure dose of lasers and nonlasers. The photorejuvenation technology will be a promising method for esthetics after more research.
