支气管腔内近距离放疗治疗肿瘤引起气道阻塞31例

Treatment in braihytherapy on 31 cases of bronchus choke induced by tumor

目的 探讨支气管腔内近距离放疗治疗肿瘤引起的气道阻塞。方法 采用支气管腔内近距离放疗对 31例临床确诊肿瘤引起气道阻塞的病人进行治疗。结果 平均治疗 2 .2次 ,总有效率 93.5 4 %。结论 运用支气管腔内近距离放疗治疗 ,对于气道肿瘤患者可以清除腔内及其周围肿瘤 ,尽快打通气道 ,安全性高、患者易于耐受。

Objective To explore the therapeutical effects of bronchus brachytherapy when bronchus was choked by tumor.Methods Thirty-one clinically confirmed tumor patients with bronchus choke induced by tumor were given bronchus brachytherapy. Results The mean therapy time was 2.2 per person and the effective rate was 93.54%.Conclusion Brachytherapy in bronchus could purge the tumor around the bronchus earlier. It is a safe, reliable and acceptable treatment method.
