声学定量技术测量房间隔缺损患者心室功能的可行性研究

Feasibility study of acoustic quantification in measuring Ventricular functions of patients with atrial septal defect.

目的 评价声学定量技术 (AQ)测量房间隔缺损患者 (ASD)心功能的准确性及其优点。方法 分别应用AQ及三维超声心动图 (3 DE)测量 2 9例ASD患者左右心室功能 ,探讨两种方法所测数值有无显著性差异 ,并探讨两者之间的相关性。结果 AQ所测心功能指标与 3 DE测值无明显差异 ,且两者间存在显著相关性。结论 AQ技术能准确测量ASD患者心室功能 。

Objective To assess the accuracy and merits of acoustic quantification (AQ) in measuring cardiac function of patients with atrial septal defect (ASD). Methods The left and right ventricular functions of 29 patients with ASD were measured by using AQ and three-dimensional echocardiography (3-DE) respectively to study whether there were difference and correlation in their measured values. Results There was no difference between the cardiac function indexes measured by AQ and that measured by 3-DE, and the values measured by AQ correlated well with that of 3-DE did. Conclusion AQ could not only evaluate the cardiac function in patients with ASD accurately and feasibly but real-time monitor it as well.
