中老年高血压病临床特点的对比观察

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF CLINICAL FEATURES BETWEEN THE MIDDLE-AGED AND THE OLD PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM HYPERTENSION

本文对45例中老年人高血压病的临床观察,结果表明:老年病人平均收缩压、脉压差均明显高于中青年人;且左心室受累,血脂增高,心脑、肾动脉硬化,合并症多,死亡率高。

This paper stuelies 45 cases of middle-aged or old patients suffering from hypertension Results show that the olcl patients haue grenter averaye differences of systolic pressure anel pulse pressure than the middle-agea or young peofle,and that they have a higher rate of death because of their tired left ventricle,increased blaod-fat,arterios clerosis in heart,brain and kidney,and more compli cations.
