解毒散瘀汤治疗血瘀型银屑病对血脂、载脂蛋白、血液流变学的影响

Effect of Jiedusanyu Tang on Serum Lipid, Serum Apolipoprotein and Hemarheology when it Treating Psoriasis

目的探讨解毒散瘀汤治疗银屑病的机理。方法检测血瘀型银屑病患者治疗前后血脂、载脂蛋白、血液流变学变化。结果疗后血脂、载脂蛋白、血液流变学水平有显著改善。结论解毒散瘀汤治疗银屑病的可能机理在于改善患者血脂及血液流变学水平。

Objective The present study was conducted to investigate the mechanism of Jiedusanyu Tang(JDSYT)decoction in the treatment of psorisis. Methods Patients with psoriasis were randomized to one of two treatment groups.Hemorrhelolgy,serum lipid and apolipoprotein levels in patients were detected before and after treatment with JDSYT decoction. Results Patient's hemorrheology, serum lipid and apolipoprotein levels were significantly improved in treatment group. Conclusion JDSYT decoction could improve the hemorrheology, serum lipid and apolipoprotein levels of patients with psoriasis. That might be why the decoction is effective in the treatment of psoriasis.
