摘要
研究了电解加钛铝-镁-硅合金的组织与性能。结果表明:添加钛可显著细化铸态和挤压态的晶粒,随着钛含量的增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐变小;抗拉强度和塑性随着钛含量的增加而增大,但钛含量高时,随着钛含量的增加,抗拉强度提高不大,伸长率逐渐增加。
The effects of titanium added by electrolysis on microstructure and properties of Al-Mg-Si alloy have been studied. The results show that addition of titanium can greatly refine the grain size of Al-Mg-Si alloy ingots and extruded profile. With increasing titanium content, the grain size is greatly refined, and the mechanical properties of extruded profile can remarkably improved. The strengthening mechanism is considered as fine grain strengthening and dispersion strengthening.
