摘要
本文研究了不同原料配比对SnO_2-ZnO陶瓷的结构及其热敏特性的影响,通过改变SnO_2和ZnO的比例可以获得室温电阻率为10^(-3)Ω-cm到10~6Ω-cm,B值为200到22000,工作温度范围在70到1200K的热敏电阻材料。
In this paper we study thd effect of the different proportion of raw materials on the structure and thermosensitive character of SnO_2-ZnO ceramics. Changing the proportion of SnO_2and ZnO contents, we can make the material with different heat sensitivity to satisfy the need of designs. The resistivity of material at room temperature is from 10^(-2)Ω-cm to 10~6Ω-cm, its B value is between 200 to 22,000, and its operating temperature is from 77K to 1,200K.
