防治艾滋病与当代伦理共同体的重建

Prevention and Treating of AIDS and Reconstruction of Contemporary Ethical Community

艾滋病全球性广泛流行 ,不仅严重威胁着人类的健康生存与永续发展 ,而且引发了艾滋病病人及艾滋病病毒感染者 (AIDS病人 /HIV感染者 )与尚未感染者之间的利益冲突和伦理冲突。文章致力于缓解这一冲突 ,指出AIDS病人 /HIV感染者与尚未感染者之间既存在着利益冲突 ,又存在着生存与发展的共同利益 ,任何怀疑、敌视、冲突都不利于实现各主体生存与发展的共同利益。另外 ,双方具备实现这一共同利益的道德理性 ,因而双方应该并能够建构伦理共同体 ,为实现共同利益而团结协作 ,进而通过信仰情怀的提升 。

The widely spreading of AIDS in the whole world not only deeply threatened the existing and developing of human being, but also leaded to conflict of the benefit and ethics between the AIDSHIV and the uninfected. To settle the conflict, the paper put forward that in one hand there existed benefit conflict between AIDSHIV and uninfected, in the other hand, they also had collective benefit to living and developing. Any suspicion, hostility and conflict would unfavorably realize the collective benefit. In addition, they owned the ethics logos to realize it, so they must and could be united into the ethical community and cooperate with each other.
