摘要
研究和分析了光固化成形件台阶效应产生的原因以及对制件尺寸精度的影响 ,提出了根据表面几何特征进行相应的光斑补偿的方法 .利用该方法成形的原型件会留有合理的打磨余量 ,从而可以在去除台阶效应的同时 。
In order to reduce the loss of dimensional accuracy of stereolithography parts during the post-process, the stair-step effect and the relationship between stair-step effect and the parts dimensional accuracy were studied and analyzed. An adaptive beam compensation method was proposed, leading to an effective result in parts dimension preserving.
