摘要
采用刚性定子和柔性转子的面接触模型 ,将摩擦层等效为分布的线性弹簧 ,建立了考虑摩擦材料剪切变形这种更符合实际情况的接触模型 .探讨了电机参数对其性能的影响 ,通过与其他学者的研究成果相对照 。
The authors constructed the interface contact model between the stator and the rotor of traveling wave-type ultrasonic motor, assuming that the rigid stator contacts the compliant rotor over an area, and the frictional material is regarded as distributed linear spring and taking shearing deformation of the frictional material into consideration. The effects of the motor′s parameters on its performance were also investigated. It was shown that the effectiveness of the proposed model was validated.
