摘要
利用XRD及Raman方法,对压强在8.5MPa、温度300℃,pH值为7.0±0.5和pH值为9.0±0.5的水蒸汽环境中氧化1000h和13000h后形成的钛合金氧化膜进行了表面分析.XRD结果表明,氧化1000h后形成的氧化膜主要由锐钛型TiO2组成,而氧化13000h后形成的氧化膜主要由板钛型TiO2组成.Raman分析结果表明,氧化1000h出现锐钛型TiO2的Ra man振动峰,氧化13000h后Raman振动峰消失.表明随着氧化时间的延长,氧化膜具有从锐钛型TiO2向板钛型TiO2转变的趋势.
The oxide scale on Ti-alloys oxidized at P=8.5MPa, T=300℃ and in pH7.0±0.5 and pH9.0±0.5 water vapour was investigated using XRD and Raman techniques. The result from XRD shows that the oxide scale formed after 1000h oxidation was mainly composed of anatase-TiO_2, and that after 13000h oxidation was mainly composed of brookite-TiO_2. The Raman spectra show that anatase-TiO_2 is formed in oxide scale when Ti-alloys are oxidized for 1000h, but it disappears when oxidized for 13000h. This indicates that the oxide scale has a conversion trend from anatase to brookite-TiO_2 with the oxidizing time extended.
