在热管生物反应器中发酵制备L-苯丙氨酸

摘要 用在 5L热管生物反应器中实体发酵所产生的大肠杆菌E .coliNo.1进行苯丙酮酸转氨制备L -苯丙氨酸过程能达到较高的技术指标。在微生物生长各阶段反应器中发酵液的温度很均匀 ,其平均温差为 0 .0 8℃、最大温差为 0 .4℃。与用传统的搅拌式生物反应器相比 ,用热管生物反应器发酵的微生物菌体量 (以OD值计 )从 0 .40提高至 0 .5 4,其发酵液转化苯丙酮酸制备L -苯丙氨酸的平均得率从 70 %增加至 75 %。 L-Phe was produced by the preparation method of PPA-transamination using the ferment liquor, which was the product of the E.coli No.1 fermented in 5L-HPBR, the technical indexes were superior. The temperature profile of ferment liquor in the period of microbe growth was well distributed, the mean difference in temperature was 0.08 ℃, while the maximum value was 0.4 ℃. Compared with in the traditional agitated bioreactor, the biomass(taken its measure by OD value) of microbe fermented in HPBR was enhanced from 0.40 to 0.54, moreover, the average rate of L-Phe product by the preparation method of PPA-transamination was raised from 70 % to 75 %.
