Testing method of fabric infiltrate characteristic based on capacitive sensor technology

提出了基于电容式传感器技术的纺织物产品渗水特性检测的方法。通过测试两极板间电容的变化量ΔC就可以检测织物上渗水扩散的面积ΔS。对其检测装置的结构、工作原理、电路设计进行了分析,并且进行了测试。测试结果表明:该检测方法的非线性可以控制在5%以内。

The testing method of the fabric infiltrate characteristic based on capacitive sensor technology is introduced.The fabric infiltrate ΔS is tested by measuring ΔC.Structure, principle and circuit of the testing device are analyzed and tested.Test results show that the nonlinearity distortion of the testing method is smaller than 5?%.
