摘要
与传统的磁性传感器相比,巨磁阻传感器具有灵敏度高、可靠性好、测量范围宽、体积小、价格低等优点。随着纳米技术的发展,巨磁阻传感器必将成为这些传统磁性传感器的替代品。介绍了巨磁阻传感器的原理及其在缺陷漏磁信号检测中的应用,表明采用巨磁阻传感器的检测系统可以检测到管道壁上的微小缺陷。
Compared to most conventional sensors,giant magneto-resistance (GMR) sensor has the advantage of the high sensitivity,high reliability,wide measurement range,small volume and low price.With the development of the nanotechnology,GMR sensor can be a good alternative to coventional one.Principle of GMR sensor and its application in the magnetic flux leakage signal detection are presented.The result shows the detection system with GMR sensor can detect the small flaws on the pipeline wall.
