自制“健脾补肾冲剂”治疗功能性消化不良的临床观察

Self-prescribed Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia

目的 探讨“健脾补肾冲剂”对脾肾阳虚型功能性消化不良的作用。方法 选择脾肾阳虚型功能性消化不良患者 80例 ,用“健脾补肾冲剂”对其治疗 ,并设西沙比利治疗 6 0例作对照 ,从临床主要症状按照统一拟定的疗效标准采用症状积分法来观察治疗效果。结果 治疗组与对照组比较 ,治疗后平均积分治疗组优于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1)。两组治疗前后疗效比较 ,总有效率优于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。两组脾肾阳虚症状改善率 ,治疗组优于对照组 (P<0 .0 0 5 )。结论 “健脾补肾冲剂”治疗脾肾阳虚型功能性消化不良优于对照组。

Objective To explore the self-prescribed herbal medicine (spleen-invigorating and renal tonic) for dyspepsia patients with positive spleen- and kidney-weakness type.Methods Eighty patients with dyspepsia were treated with our self-prescribed herbal medicine and other sixty patients with the same diagnosis were treated with cisapride. The efficacy was assessed by standardized symptomatic score. Results To compare treatment group with control group, the average score in treatment group was superior to that in control group, the difference was significant statistically (P<0.001). The comparison of curative effect before and after treatment in two groups, overall response rate in treatment group was superior to control group (P<0.005). The improving rate of positive spleen- and kidney-weakness symptoms in treatment group was superior to that in control group (P< 0.005 ).Conclusions Our observation shows the self-prescribed herbal medicine to be effective for patients with functional dyspepsia of positive spleen- and kidney-weakness type.
