摘要
目的 利用SPSS估算静脉给药过程的药动学参数。方法 使用SPSS的非线性回归 (nonlinearregression)拟合糖尿病肾病患者静脉滴注葛根素后 (5mg·kg-1,6 0min)的药~时数据 ,并与 3P87的拟合结果进行比较 ;利用源自于R2 的AdjustedR2选择最佳室模型。结果 SPSS估算的药动学参数准确可靠 ,与 3P87的结果完全一致 ;依据统计学理论 ,AdjustedR2 比R2 更能反映模型的拟合度。结论 SPSS适用于估算静脉滴注 (或注射 )过程的药动学参数 ;AdjustedR2
OBJECTIVE To estimate the pharmacokinetic parameters of intravenous administration using SPSS.METHOD Puerarin concentration-time data from the patients with diabetic nephropathy were fit to one and two compartment models with constant rate infusion(5mg·kg^(-1),60min)using SPSS nonlinear regression, and compared with 3P87. The adjusted R^2 originated from R^2 was used to find out the best-fitting model. RESULTS The pharmacokinetic parameters obtained from SPSS were conformable with 3P87. According to statistical theory,adjusted R^2 more closely reflects the goodness-of-fit of the models than R^2. CONCLUSION SPSS is suitable for estimating the pharmacokinetic parameters of compartment models with constant rate infusion and intravenous injection. Adjusted R^2 can be used to choose the best compartment model.
