目的 分析细菌内毒素凝胶法检查中出现的不同结果。方法 采用细菌内毒素动态浊度法考察样品对鲎试剂的干扰作用。结果 不同倍数的样品稀释液存在抑制和增强作用。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the various results in gel-clot technique assay.METHOD Kinetic turbidimetric technique assay was used to evaluate the interference of sample to TAL.RESULTS The result showed the inhibition and enhancement of sample to TAL in various times dilutions.CONCLUSION The kinetic turbidimetric technique can reflect the interference of sample to TAL more exactly.
